     This western was aired over the CBS network for only 40 broadcasts, 39 original shows and one repeat.  The stories dealt with living and dying on the American western frontier, a common premise.  This series is not as compelling as the drama of other westerns, but it is an enjoyable series and very worthy of collecting.  The audition program and all of the episodes are available.  This series was provide with all of the expert technical and acting talents that produced the best adult western ever heard on radio -- Gunsmoke.
